LA Dodgers beat the Atlanta Braves 4-3 to Win the National League Championship

The national league series championship between the Dodgers and the Braves showcased a battle of grit along with excellent fielding and batting. The Braves won the first 2 games in the series. It wasn’t until game 3 the Dodgers were able to turn the series around and score 11 runs in the 1st inning. The Dodgers batting was on fire that day and helped them win Game 3 15-3. Game 4 presented changes in strategy amongst both teams. The Braves strategized by changing pitchers every couple innings to keep the Dodgers batters on their toes. This ended up helping the Braves stretch the lead to 3-1. Games 5-7 put the Dodgers on the ropes. LA’s stars Corey Seager, Mookie Betts, Will Smith, Justin Turner, and Cody Bellinger rise to the occasion to claw their way back and win the series. The memorable moment in the series was in game 7 when Cody Bellinger hit a massive home run in the 7th inning to help the Dodger win game 7 4 to 3. Overall, this series consisted of high-quality fielding and batting from both teams. The Dodgers will play in the world series against the Tampa Bay Rays hoping to snap a 32-year drought.
